Specific Terms & Conditions for

events, retreats, private bookings

1. Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings must be made via our website or an approved third-party ticketing platform. Full payment is required to secure your spot. Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.

Personal information collected during bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By registering for an event or making a booking, you agree that your email address may be used to share updates, offers, and news related to SauvignOM. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in our emails or contacting us directly.

If you have specific access needs, dietary requirements, or other considerations, please mention them at checkout or contact us before the event. We will do our best to accommodate.

2. Cancellations & Refunds, and Event Changes

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how we deal with it:

Our event tickets are non-refundable. If you cancel 24+ hours before the event, you may receive a credit for future use. Cancellations within 24 hours cannot be credited.

You may want to transfer your ticket to a friend. Simply let us know the name of the person taking your place so we can update our guest list. 

Retreats and private bookings have separate cancellation policies, which we refer separately on the page.

If we need to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified and given the choice of a credit, transfer, or a full refund.

Some events require a minimum number of guests to go ahead. If that number isn’t reached, we’ll offer a full refund or transfer.

We reserve the right to adjust the programme, facilitator, or venue if needed. Any changes will be communicated as early as possible.

3. Photography & Video Consent

We may take photos or short video clips during our events to use in our marketing (including social media, email newsletters, and website). By attending, you agree to the following:

  • I grant SauvignOM the right to use photos or videos of me taken at the event for promotional purposes.
  • I understand that these materials may be published online or in print, without compensation.
  • I understand that if I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I must inform the facilitator on arrival, we will respect your privacy. 
  • I release SauvignOM from any liability related to the use of these images.

4. Participation & Conduct

By attending a SauvignOM event, you agree to the following:

By taking part, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and are physically and mentally fit to do so. Please inform the facilitator of any injuries, health concerns, or medical conditions before the event begins.

For certain specific events, we may ask you to complete a brief health & safety waiver.

While we take every care to create a safe and supportive environment, participation is at your own risk. SauvignOM and its facilitators are not liable for any loss, injury, incidents, or damage sustained during the event.

Our events may include wine tastings. We promote mindful drinking and always offer non-alcoholic options. Guests must be aged 18+ to consume alcohol and may be asked for ID.

You also agree that you do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs that may impair your ability to safely engage in the session.
