ON CLOUD VINE
On Cloud Vine is a slow, sensory morning at Clos Henri, blending yin yoga, vineyard bathing and wine in a beautiful French-inspired setting. Created to celebrate World Yoga Day, this experience invites you to soften, slow down and savour the moment.
We’ll begin with a long, gentle yin yoga practice among the vines, designed to release tension and encourage deep rest. From there, you’ll be guided into a vineyard bathing and sound experience, lying between the vine rows, looking up at the leaves and grapes above while gentle sounds, crystal bowls and subtle tones create a calming sensory layer.
The morning finishes with a French-inspired picnic and guided wine tasting by Clos Henri, enjoyed unhurriedly among the vines.
Elegant, dreamy and deeply grounding, this is a chance to unwind, reconnect and indulge in the simple pleasures of life.

Yin Yoga Among the Vines
Begin with a long, gentle yin yoga session set among the vines. Postures are held for time, allowing the body to soften, release and settle. This is a slow, accessible practice designed to encourage stillness, ease and deep rest.

Vineyard Bathing & Sound Experience
After yoga, you’ll be guided into a vineyard bathing experience inspired by forest bathing. Lying between the vine rows and looking up to the leaves and grapes above, you’ll be invited to rest, listen and simply be. Crystal bowls, subtle chimes and gentle sound textures create a calming sound bath that supports relaxation and sensory awareness.

French Picnic & Mindful Wine Tasting
We’ll finish with a French-inspired picnic among the vines, enjoying artisanal bites and Clos Henri’s elegant wines. A relaxed, unhurried moment to eat, sip, chat and savour in true French style.
