A guided vineyard and sound bath follows, inspired by the Japanese art of shinrin-yoku or forest bathing. This mindful practice invites you to slow down and connect with nature through the senses, noticing the movement of the vines, the feel of the air, and the sounds that surround you. Accompanied by soft chimes, singing bowls, and rainmakers, the experience becomes a meditation in motion that harmonises body and mind within the peaceful rhythm of the vineyard.
