Wineful Dreams invites you to design your year with intention, creativity, and joy. Set in the welcoming atmosphere of Forrest Wines, this vision board workshop blends reflection, mindfulness, and wine into an inspiring experience for the senses. You will explore your goals, dreams, and desires, then bring them to life through mindful creation supported by the grounding presence of meditation, connection, and a glass of something beautiful.

Begin your journey with a warm welcome and an introduction to the power of mindset and visualisation. Discover how vision boards can become meaningful tools for clarity and focus, and how intention setting connects to everyday mindfulness.

Reflection & Grounding Meditation
Guided through a reflective exercise, you will explore your goals, values, and desires for the year ahead. A short grounding meditation helps you anchor your intentions and open the creative flow before you begin designing.

Vision Board Creation
With your favourite Forrest wine in hand, it is time to bring your dreams to life. Using a beautiful mix of magazines, images, and materials, you will collage and create your own vision board, adding colour, meaning, and personal touches. As you craft, enjoy shared platters and good conversation in the relaxed and inspiring setting of Forrest Wines.
