Wairau river wines & Number 11
The Rose family have a long and proud pioneering history in the Marlborough region with Phil and Chris Rose establishing their vineyards on the banks of the Wairau River in 1978. The edge of the Wairau River is a special place for growing grapes, and their award-winning wines capture that character of the land and each varietal. Wairau River Wines creates wines that are elegant, distinctive and consistently true to style, year after year.
Sam Webb, founder of Frank’s Oyster Bar and Eatery has opened the doors to his newest restaurant, Number 11. He and his team deliver a fresh and modern take of local fare that pairs perfectly with the incredible range of Wairau River wines.
